GU S4 Nissan Patrol Rear Bar
Finally a rear bar that understands physics! Say goodbye to floppy carrier arms the break and crack overtime. We have a unique carrier latch that can be closed by just pushing it shut. When closed it creates 3 points of contact on the bar and as we know triangles are strong. The rear catch rides on a polyurethane bushing to give it the perfect amount of give so fatigue cracks are prevented.
This Australian made rear bar features a unique, strong high quality modular carrier arm system. It has been designed and built with years of rear bar manufacturing experience. The structure of the arm creates a strong mounting plate that correctly transfers force to the stub and through the handle to the bar.
It features:
- Billet easy to use handles
- Easy push close design with multiple points of contact and a locking catch.
- 4mm steel center section, wings, and internal bracing.
- 12mm 350 grade chassis mounts.
- A unique wing design that's shape creates immense strength for both side and vertical impacts. It mounts to the chassis using 3 bolts on only one end of the wing to help prevent deformation under high stress. Most rear bars are mounted at the end of the wing and the at the chassis end via a plate which allows for pivot of the wing up into the vehicle body in high impact situations.
Each rear bar comes with two carrier arms and a tyre holder. Please see the individual listings for other accessories. Tyre Carriers can be mounted on either arm.
Available accessories are:
- Twin or single jerry (These jerry's feature a water pass through that allows you to access the water on the inside of the carrier arm when open, they can be mounted in two directions to either suit touring or maximum clearance. The design allows the jerry's to have the lid locked away under the metal top so people cannot steal your fuel, we recommend using locking steelcore locking straps should you wish to do this)
- Adjustable tyre upright (The mounting allows for various offsets and ability left and right based on your tyre size)
- 20L jerry and Gas bottle holder
- Ladder

- IMPORTANT NOTE! TAIL LIGHTS COME AS THE ROADVISION BR200 AS STANDARD. OTHER LIGHTING OPTIONS CAN BE DISCUSSED IF DESIRED. LIGHTING IN THE IMAGES ARE STRANDS LIGHTS. CURRENTLY UNAVALIABLE IN AUSTRALIA.

COLOUR CODING IS NOT EXACT. All colour coded bars come with satin black carrier arms and black hoops. Please get in touch if you would like an alternative setup.
